A Consultation Built Around Your Situation

Updated: | Found helpful by 7 others
Our guides explain how insurance, internet, banking and visas work in Austria, but they cannot know your situation. In a consultation we sit together and walk through your situation, compare the options that apply to you, and work out the best solution for you. You leave with a clear next step, and the decision stays yours.
How Does a Consultation Work?
A consultation has five steps, from a short request to a clear next step. Most of the time goes to your situation, not to a general presentation.
Step 1: Tell us your situation. Fill in the short request form: what you need help with, when suits you, and anything we should know.
Step 2: We reply by email. We read your request and write back to find a time.
Step 3: We sit together. We walk through your situation step by step: where you are now, what you need, and what is holding you back.
Step 4: We work out the best fit. We compare the options that apply to you and explain the trade-offs in plain language.
Step 5: You decide. You leave with a clear next step. The decision stays yours.
What Can You Get Help With?
We cover four topics, the same ones our guides go deepest on. Read the guide first if you like, then bring your questions.
Insurance
Which cover you already have, which gaps matter for you, and which policies are worth comparing.
Internet
What your address can get, how much speed you use, and which contract terms to watch.
Banking
Which account or card suits your residence status, your income and how you spend.
Visa
Where you stand, which route to look at first, and what to prepare before you speak to the authority.
What Is a Consultation Not?
Appointments give general orientation. They are not legal advice and not regulated insurance or investment advice. Where your case needs a licensed professional, we tell you so. Some links on this site earn a referral commission, and our ethics policy explains how that works.
